Verdorbenes Obst – Art, Nature & a life of freedom

Hey dear ones, I'm Esther, and I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, paper was the place where anything was allowed to come into being. Today, I live with my husband on 4,000 square meters of land, combining art with a simple, self-determined way of life.
My work emerges between permaculture, gardening, and self-sufficiency. Slow-paced, analog, and created with a deep appreciation for the imperfect.
Under Verdorbenes Obst, I create watercolors and posters, so far inspired by guitar pedals such as the Big Muff and the RAT. I love vintage aesthetics, old things, and everything that has character.
In the future, my garden will become an even bigger part of my art. Plants, fruits, and mushrooms brought to life through my illustrations... a little playful, a little unconventional, and always handmade.
I create what brings me joy, and I hope to pass that joy on to others <3
