General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

  1. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

The purchase contract is concluded once the order is accepted or the goods are dispatched.

  1. Products

The products offered are individually produced and dispatched after an order is placed.

Minor colour variations between the on-screen display and the actual product may occur for technical reasons and do not constitute a defect. The same applies to crop edges, which may vary slightly during printing.

  1. Prices

All stated prices are final prices.

No VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

  1. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • WooPayments
  • Klarna

Payment processing is handled by external payment service providers.

  1. Delivery

Production and delivery are partly carried out by external production partners.

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the product and destination country.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

  1. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

  1. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

  1. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of ordinary negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

  1. Final provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
